Overview
You can update your commuter election in the Benepass app during a specific window each month.
When You Can Make Changes
You can update your election between the 2nd and 15th of each month.
Outside of that window, you’ll need to wait until the next enrollment period opens to update your election again.
When Changes Take Effect
Any updates you make will apply on the 1st of the following month.
What to Expect
You’ll receive reminder and confirmation emails about your election changes.
Your employer determines when contributions are added, either on the 1st of the month or after payroll deductions.
