In-app investments
A built-in investment experience inside the Benepass app that lets you view balances, set allocations, and track performance without leaving Benepass.
Benepass offers a built-in way to invest funds in your Health Savings Account (HSA).
Who has access?
In-app investments are available when your HSA is connected to the in-app experience.
If you see a section to open an investment account or an Investments summary card inside the Benepass app, you have access.
Documents in the app
You’ll receive regular documentation to help you track your HSA investments. These documents are always available in the app, and some notices are also sent via email.
You’re able to view several documents directly from the app, including:
Monthly account statements showing your balance, holdings, and activity
Trade confirmations created each time a buy or sell order is settled
The documents you acknowledged when setting up your account
Documents are listed as PDFs and can be opened or downloaded directly from the app.
How to view your documents:
Log in to your HSA workspace in your Benepass account on web or mobile
Click on “Documents” in the left-hand menu
Select the desired document to view
Email notifications
You’ll receive notifications when new documents are available, including:
Monthly statements
Trade confirmations
