Employees invest by allocating percentages across employer-selected options in the Benepass app, with insight into performance and direct investment communications.

How employees manage their investments

Employees invest by setting percentage allocations across a portfolio of investment options that their employer selects during implementation. Employees choose how to divide their funds across those options directly in the Benepass app.

Allocations are entered as whole numbers and must total 100%.

Employee portfolios are automatically rebalanced to maintain the specified allocations.

Employees can update allocations at any time. All investing activity is managed directly by the employee.

What employees can see about their investments

Employees can view detailed information about their investment account on web or mobile. This includes their account balance, amount invested, current positions, and performance over time.

Employees are able to see both summary and detailed views so they understand how their portfolio is allocated and how it is performing.

What employees receive from Benepass

Employees receive investing-related communications directly. This includes:

  • Confirmation emails when allocations are updated

  • Trade confirmations

  • Monthly statements
