Getting Started Guide

Get started with your Benepass app and benefits

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Welcome to Benepass! We're excited to get you using your employer benefit program. Once you get your onboarding email, that means your account is ready to go β€” all you need to do is log in and get started!

What is Benepass?

Benepass is a benefits card for modern companies. We help companies take care of their employees through pre-tax benefits and company-funded stipends all on a single card and mobile app. Our goal is to help your employer provide you with easy access to flexible benefits that really add value and help you actually spend those benefits on things you care about. You can find more about us here.

I received my welcome email, what's next?

If you already received your welcome email, that means your account is ready to go.

  1. Go to app.getbenepass.com or download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Sign in using your corporate email address

Make sure you are logging in using the same email where you received your Welcome email!

When you log in for the first time, you may be prompted with a few onboarding steps, such as setting up your billing address for ordering a physical card, if applicable. You're welcome to complete those steps or skip them! Once you're fully logged in, you'll be greeted with the home page.

What can I use my benefits for?

Your employer determines your Benepass benefits package. This could include:

  • Perks such as a wellness stipend, work-from-home allowances, lifestyle spending accounts, and more!

  • Pre-tax benefits (US only), such as FSAs, commuter, and HSAs

  • A combination of both

If you are curious to know about what is eligible under your benefits, you can check your specific policy from within our app and website.

Navigate to the Accounts page and click or tap on the desired benefit. Under the section "What can I buy?" you'll be able to browse categories or view specific merchant guidelines.
