What is the status of my transaction?

When you make a transaction on your Benepass card or submit an expense for reimbursement, the status of that transaction will be reflected in your Benepass account.

Here's what those statuses mean:

  • Pending: The transaction is processing with the merchant, or the expense is being reviewed by Benepass. This status does not impact payment, it merely indicates that the transaction is in progress.

  • Complete: Your transaction is complete! Payment has been received by the merchant or your expense is approved for reimbursement.

  • Needs Information: You must submit a receipt or additional documentation. Upload a photo or attach a file, ensuring the receipt includes purchase details, cost, date, and total amount.
