Attempt to make a purchase with your Benepass card at the desired merchant
If the transaction is approved, no further action is needed
If the transaction is declined, please contact Benepass Support and make sure you escalate to a human support agent for review.
Include details about the attempted transaction, such as date, amount, and merchant name

Benepass support will review the merchant's billing information from your attempted transaction. As a reminder, please ensure you escalate this review to a human support agent. From there, if the merchant is eligible under your benefits program, Benepass will approve them to prevent future declines and will let you know if your support request.
