Welcome to Benepass! The Benepass app is a centralized platform where you can manage all your benefits, make purchases, track transactions, explore merchants, and confirm your account settings through five main sections: Home, Accounts, Cards, Explore, and Settings.
How it works
When you log into either the mobile app or desktop version at app.getbenepass.com, you'll have access to a navigation menu that lets you move between different sections of your account. Each section serves a specific purpose in helping you manage and use your benefits effectively.
How to navigate each section
Home
The home page displays your latest activity including recent transactions, recent contributions and expirations, and important account notices or items you may need to take action on. You can view your total balance across benefits monitor notices or updates, view any recent transactions.
Click in to any notice or transaction from the home page to view more details, add receipts, confirm transaction statuses, and more!
Accounts
View all your active benefits, check available balances, view upcoming contributions and expirations, and more.
Click into any benefit to view a full transaction list, see benefit details such as allowed categories or required documentation, check upcoming scheduled contributions or expirations, and more.
Cards
Access and manage your virtual and physical Benepass cards, view card details, and check billing information. This is also where you can request physical cards or add virtual cards to your digital wallet.
Scroll through your cards and click in to view more card details, confirm your billing address, add the card to your mobile wallet, or report the card lost or stolen. To request a new card, scroll to the end of the list and click "Order card."
Explore
This section showcases eligible merchants and spending suggestions for each of your benefits.
You can browse suggested merchants organized by benefit category, and explore suggestions to discover new ways to use your benefits.
While not a comprehensive list, it provides inspiration and examples of where you can use your benefits.
Settings
View your profile information, add a backup email, enter your phone number, select your bank account (if applicable), and confirm other account details like your time zone and company information.
