To activate your physical HSA card, you first need to have it in your possession, as you'll be required to enter details that are only available on the physical card, such as your three-digit CVV code.

Once you've received your card in the mail and are ready to activate it:

1. Login to your HSA workspace from the mobile app or website
2. Navigate to the Cards page
3. Select your physical HSA card from the list by confirming the last 4 digits match
4. Click "Activate"
5. Enter the cards CVV and expiration date, and confirm activation

Alternatively, you're also able to activate your physical card over the phone.

2. Follow the instructions over the phone. You will need to provide full card details - be prepared and have your card handy!
