Why do I have multiple cards?

If you see more than one card in your account, chances are you ordered more than one physical card, which is perfectly fine!

If included in your benefits program, you will always see at least one card in your account by default -your virtual card. If you scroll down on the mobile app or to the left on the desktop app and see more cards, those are physical cards. You'll notice a 'virtual' and 'physical' label in the upper right-hand corner of them as well. 

While these cards have different numbers for security reasons, they actually pull from the same account so you can use them interchangeably. Different cards are not associated with any one specific benefit but rather with your account. This means that our system will read and sort transactions made on each card, and automatically categorize them into the proper benefit.

You can choose to activate all of your physical cards if you wish, or if you would like to discard one, you can let our Support Team know!
