The steps below explain how to access your Benepass card details. For security, virtual and physical card details are handled differently.
View my virtual card details
To view your full virtual card number and CVV verification code, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account from our website or mobile app
- Navigate to the Cards page
- Click the card marked "Virtual"
- Full details will be available to view or copy
View my physical card details
For security reasons, your physical card details are not available to be viewed within the app or website.
To see your physical card's full details, please refer to the physical card that was shipped to you.
Common questions
I have multiple cards, where can I see them?
If you have multiple cards, only two cards will be immediately visible when you open your app or desktop website. Scroll past those to see all available cards.
Your virtual and physical card numbers are different as a security measure. To understand which card can be used for which benefit, head to Accounts and view Payment Methods under each benefit.
