Occasionally, new Benepass users may receive the following decline message when they try to use their card for the first time. This just means we need a few additional details to set up your account!
Our card issuer will sometimes request additional information to verify your identity before you can use your card, generally your date of birth (Month/Day/Year) and your legal name.
Our team may have already reached out to you asking to confirm some details about your identity, but if not - please contact Support by clicking on "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page so that we can complete your account setup together!
