For users based in the US, we send reimbursements through direct deposit. This means you will receive your funds directly in the bank account that you linked to your Benepass account.
For this to happen, you need to make sure you've linked a bank account before submitting any reimbursements. You can confirm your bank link status by checking the Settings page.
After a reimbursement is approved, payment will be sent automatically, and arrive to your account in 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
- For users based outside the US, we provide a report of reimbursements to your employer. Then, you should receive the payment via your employer's payroll the month after it is approved.
