For users based in the US, we send reimbursements through direct deposit. This means you will receive your funds directly to your chosen bank account that you selected from your Benepass account.
For this to happen, you need to make sure you've validated a bank account. You can confirm your chosen bank account by checking the Settings page.
After a reimbursement is approved, payment will be sent automatically, and arrive to your account in 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
- For users based outside the US, we provide a report of reimbursements to your employer. Then, you should receive the payment via your employer's payroll the month after it is approved.
Every company handles this a little differently - if you have specific questions about the timeline, it's best to reach out to your payroll team.
