Your Benepass card works much like any other Visa card, so refunds are processed through the merchant. The refund should show up in your account within a few business days, depending on the merchant's processing speed.
Once your refund has processed, funds will return to your account, increasing the remaining balance. In some cases, a refund might process after monthly funds have expired, boosting your funds for the following month.
Once a refund has been approved by the merchant, it typically takes 10 business days for the refund to be processed over the card networks and hit your account. If you don’t see your refund in your account within two weeks, please reach out to Support by clicking on "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page and someone from our team will help you out.
