Have a purchase that declined due to insufficient funds? Here's why!
Our partners - in other words, your employer - maintain a bank account that funds your card. Occasionally, and usually for a short time, their balance is low while in the process of being funded, which causes your card to decline.
What can you do now?
- If this happens, let us know right away including the situation, the transaction and date. You can contact us by clicking "Submit a request" in the top right corner of this page.
- Our team will then work with your HR and finance teams to get the account funded again.
- Once we talk to your employer, we will be able to provide you with a timeline.
