Your Benepass card works with multiple benefits, and sometimes transactions need to be reclassified to a different benefit. Follow these steps to change a transaction's benefit.
Steps
- Find the transaction you want to reclassify
- Click in to view details
- Click "Change benefit"
- If the transaction is eligible for reclassification, choose from the list of eligible benefits
- Confirm reclassification
What to expect
The transaction will update immediately with the new benefit classification and your benefit balances will update accordingly.
Common questions
I'm not able to click "Change benefit"
Not all transactions will be eligible under every benefit, so it's best to always check your benefit's allowed spending policy to confirm what should be eligible.
Reimbursements and card transactions older than 30 days and cannot be reclassified.
The ability to reclassify card transactions is based on the information received from the merchant at the time of purchase. If the merchant data indicates that the purchase is not eligible under another available benefit, you will not be able to reclassify.
If you submitted a reimbursement under the wrong benefit, please delete and resubmit the reimbursement under the correct benefit.
