Because we provide a single card for multiple benefits, it’s possible that a purchase might be classified under a different benefit. But don’t worry — it’s easy to reclassify your transactions between benefits!
To reclassify a transaction:
- Select the transaction in question by navigating to 'Recent transactions' from the Home page
Look to the right of the benefit name — do you see a small grey pencil?
- If yes: that means you can update which benefit this transaction is pulling from! Tap the pencil to choose a different benefit.
- If no: that means that this transaction can’t be moved to a different benefit at this time.
It's important to review your transactions regularly to ensure that your benefit funds are being used as you'd like!
Please note that card transactions older than 30 days and reimbursements cannot be reclassified. If you submit a reimbursement under the wrong benefit, simply delete and resubmit the reimbursement under the correct benefit.
If you notice that a recurring transaction is consistently incorrectly classified, or if you’re not able to reclassify a transaction that should be eligible, please reach out to our Support team for help!
