When will my balance/benefit(s) expire?

The best way to find out when your specific balance will expire is by logging into your Benepass account and looking at the info there.

To view your benefit balances and expirations:

  1. Log in to your account from our website or mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the 'Accounts' page.
  3. From there, select the benefit you wish to view details on, such as your next contribution and expiration dates, along with current balances. 
    1. Expirations will show as "available until.."

Each benefit should have an expiration date listed underneath the available balance, and different benefits might have different expiration dates. 

Since transactions take a few days to go from pending to complete, it's best to spend your balance no later than a few days before it expires to avoid any issues that could cause delays. 

Please note, if you choose to not use these funds by their scheduled expiration, any remaining balances will expire and cannot be returned to balances. However, you will have a full contribution showing in your account on the next scheduled contribution date!
