Benepass users located in the United States are able to update their billing information to a preferred address at any time.
What to know
Due to card issuer rules, at this time billing addresses must be located in the United States. If your location is set to a country outside of the United States, you will not have the option to update your billing address, and your billing address will be your company's US address by default.
Steps
- Navigate to the Cards page
- Click in to any card to view more information
- Click the pencil icon next to your billing address to update the address on file
- Type the beginning of your address. A drop down menu will appear to allow you to select your correct and verified address.
- Hit "Update address"
What to expect
Your billing information will update automatically for all cards of the same type. Make sure to immediately begin using your new billing information for all subsequent purchases.

In rare cases, newly parceled addresses may not be updated in the Benepass system. Please contact Benepass Support for additional help.
Will my card decline outside of the US if I use a US billing address?
In almost all cases, no! Purchases made outside the United States can and should process normally regardless of the billing address entered at checkout.
However, in some rare cases, merchants may have their own configurations that only allow the submission of a local address or postal code at the point of checkout. In that instance, please enter your local, non-US billing information to proceed. The purchase should complete as expected.
