My physical card hasn't arrived - Troubleshooting

After you order your physical card through the app:

You can typically expect it to arrive 7-10 business days from the time of order – this varies just a bit depending on location across states.

If you still don't see it in that time frame:

  • Tap on the physical card
  • Double-check the address entered for shipping details

If everything looks correct, but you still haven't received a card, please contact Support by clicking on "submit a ticket request" in the top right corner of this page and someone from our team will help you out.
