We take currency fluctuations into account in a couple of different ways:

• For card transactions, the FX rate is driven by Visa, based on the date the transaction was processed.
• For reimbursements, the FX rate is based on yesterday's closing rate.  

At this time, there is no bank fee for any transactions. You can check the current relevant exchange rates in the admin dashboard here.
