When you make a transaction on your Benepass card or submit an expense for reimbursement, the status of that transaction will be reflected in your Benepass account.
Here's what those statuses mean:
Pending: The transaction is processing with the merchant, or the expense is being reviewed by Benepass. This status does not impact payment, it merely indicates that the transaction is in progress.
Complete: Your transaction is complete! Payment has been received by the merchant or your expense is approved for reimbursement.
Needs Information: You must submit a receipt or additional documentation. Upload a photo or attach a file, ensuring the receipt includes purchase details, cost, date, and total amount.
