When your account balance is running low, Benepass will run a top-up based on the amount we project your employees will spend in the near future. This is to prevent unwanted declines, and keep your employees spending!
For record-keeping purposes, you can find a history of top-ups in the Admin Dashboard by navigating to the "Funding" tab on the left-hand side of your screen and looking at the transactions under the "Platform funding payments" section. You should also have a record of any ACH transfer we've initiated in your email, sent from Benepass Customer Support.
