Ready to start using your Benepass benefits? Follow these simple steps to understand what you can buy, where you can spend your funds, and how to make a purchase: 

Step 1. See your benefits and available balances

Head to the Accounts page to view a list of all your benefits. You’ll see:

• How much you currently have available for each benefit
• The deadline to to use your funds for each benefit

Note: If you have multiple benefits, spending deadlines may vary between them.

Keep in mind that you can’t combine funds from different benefits for a single purchase. Each benefit is tracked separately.

Step 2. Learn what's eligible for purchase

Each benefit has guidelines that outline what kinds of purchases are allowed. To learn what's eligible for a particular benefit:

1. Click on that benefit from the Accounts page
2. Click on "What can I buy?"
3. View the approved types of items and services and if there are any special restrictions

Step 3. Understand how you can spend

Just like how what you can buy depends on the benefit, how you can pay does too—each benefit has its own spending options. To view these:

1. Click on that benefit from the Accounts page
2. Click on the "View details" button at the top of the page
3. Select "Payment methods"
