What is the Log-in status report?

This report shows the up-to-date login status for all employees.

This report can provide useful insights on whether an employee has accessed their account and benefits.

What to know

This report relies on a boolean login status that is triggered by the employee's action of logging in and accessing their Benepass account. Upon logging in for the first time, an employee's login status will change to "true." Employees who have not yet logged in to their Benepass account have a login status of "false."

Regularly reviewing this report shortly after launch can provide useful insights into adoption rates.

How to navigate the Log-in status report

As this report only provides the most recent status for an employee, filtering by date or other attributes is not available. 

This report can be exported to a .csv file.
