Once you have elected to enroll in an HSA via your employer, you will need to create your account by logging into your Benepass account and navigating to the HSA workspace. The onboarding process will collect the necessary information to create the HSA, and you will also be asked to review the required consents from the bank. 

After you complete the onboarding process, in most cases your account will be created right away. If you have any outstanding deductions, funds will be added to your account within 2 business days. 

In some cases you may be required to submit additional documentation, which can be completed by logging/ into your HSA workspace. Once you submit the necessary documentation, your account will be reviewed by the bank within 1 business day.
