To access your Health Savings Account or other benefits, you'll need to switch between different workspaces. HSAs are maintained in a separate workspace to ensure permanent access regardless of employment status
Steps
- From the Benepass home page, click the logo in the top left corner. This will work on both desktop and mobile app.
- Select your workspace from the dropdown or popup menu
- Click the chosen workspace to switch to that environment
You can also switch workspaces by navigating to the Settings page on desktop or mobile app and clicking or tapping "Switch workspace"
What to expect
After switching workspaces, you'll have access to either your HSA or other employer-provided benefits, depending on which workspace you selected.
Troubleshooting
I don't see any other workspaces listed
To have access to multiple workspaces, you must be enrolled in both an HSA as well as other employer-provided benefits, such as an FSA, Commuter, or lifestyle benefits. Please check to confirm that you are actively elected and enrolled into an HSA as well as other benefits. If you are and still cannot see multiple workspaces, please contact Benepass Support.
Why do I see a previous company listed?
If you were enrolled in benefits at a prior company that used Benepass, you may still see that employer listed in your active workspaces if any benefits remain in an active run out or grace period.
