Understanding Admin roles

Benepass has three distinct Admin permission settings to provide more flexible access management options. Each role is designed to serve specific organizational needs while maintaining appropriate access controls.

How it works

Benepass is able to configure employees at your organization, brokers, or consultants, with different access levels. Based on their role, they will have different levels of access to various pages and information within the Admin Dashboard. 

What to know

Access levels for each role are outlined below.

HR Admin

The HR Admin role maintains the comprehensive access level of traditional admin accounts:

  • Complete system-wide permissions
  • Access to all dashboard pages and features
  • Full administrative capabilities

Broker/Consultant

The Broker/Consultant role is designed for external partners who need comprehensive system access:

  • Full system permissions 
  • Complete access to all features and pages

Finance Admin

The Finance Admin role focuses on financial aspects of the Benepass Admin Dashboard. They will have access to the following pages:

  • Home 
  • Funding 
  • Reports
  • Exchange Rates
  • Settings
