Which card should I use?

If you've been issued multiple benefit cards, you may be confused about which card to use for specific benefits. Here's how to find out which card to use for each benefit:

Finding your benefits information

  1. From the desktop or mobile app, navigate to the Accounts page
  2. Select any benefit
  3. Click the "View overview" dropdown menu and select "Payment methods"

Once expanded, this view will show you the card(s) that you are able to use to spend directly from this benefit balance. Clicking on a card from that view will take you directly to the card details page, where you'll be able to view the card number, expiration, billing address, and other relevant details. 

Why do I have different cards?

Different benefits may require different cards due to:

  • Benefit program requirements
  • Spending category restrictions
  • Local issuing availability

To ensure you're using the correct card when spending, make sure to double check your payment methods, and keep cards separate if they're intended for different benefits.
