Managing your Benepass Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you elected into a Health Savings Account (HSA) through your employer and we've finished processing your HSA application, you will have some additional options within the Benepass website or app to manage your HSA account. 

Once you are logged in to Benepass, you can navigate to Accounts and click on Health Savings Account. From here, you can manage and/or review the following options:

  1. View your virtual HSA card
  2. Order a physical HSA card, if preferred
  3. Your current available HSA balance
  4. Your recent transactions (employee/employer contributions and purchases)
  5. Year to date contributions and IRS limits
  6. Account and Routing numbers
  7. Check your HSA rules (i.e. substantiation/taxability)
  8. Your available payment methods
  9. View your HSA policy for eligible purchases
  10. Initiate an HSA transfer from another custodian
  11. Invest your HSA funds through myHSAinvestments
  12. Review spending suggestions: a list of eligible merchants meant to inspire your HSA spending

Note: This is only available once your HSA application is complete. If you haven't submitted your HSA application, or if it is still in review, these options will be available to you after the account is opened.
