If at any time you require new virtual card details, you can replace your virtual card easily from the app or website. Please follow the below steps to replace your virtual card.
Steps
If your previous virtual card has already been cancelled, proceed straight to the steps below:
- Open the Cards page in the Benepass app
- Click "Create card"
- Verify your details
- Create your new virtual card
If you first need to cancel your current virtual card, follow these steps:
- Select your current virtual card
- Scroll to "Report card lost or stolen"
- Confirm the cancellation
- Return to Cards page and refresh, if needed
What to expect
New virtual card details will be available right away and can be used immediately. Your previous card details will no longer work for any transactions. Make sure to update your card information in your mobile wallet and with any merchants who have your details on file.

My virtual card details were compromised
