New Benefits

If you would like to implement new benefits to your existing program, simply contact your Customer Success Manager to initiate next steps! Please note that new benefits should be requested and scoped one month prior to the desired launch date.

 

Updates to Existing Programs

If you’d like to make changes to an existing benefit, we're here to help! Please keep in mind the following notice periods:

  • Updates to benefit purchase eligibility: 3 business days
  • Updates to benefit contribution/expiration schedule or employee enrollment rules: 2 weeks
