Administrators: What happens to expired funds on employees' accounts?

All expired funds stay within your company's Account Balance at Benepass. Employee balances are notional, and do not represent funds leaving your account until the balance is actually spent. 

This means that if an employee leaves the company — or their stipend expires at the end of the year and they had leftover funds — that money remains in the Account Balance, which can be used to fund other benefits/perks or be returned to you at any time.
