What kind of receipt do I need for a reimbursement?

When you submit an expense, you will be prompted to submit a receipt as proof of purchase. In order to process your expense submission quickly, we need receipts that are:

  • Itemized — we can see each item you bought, how much you paid for them, where they were purchased, and what payment method you used. We also need to see the date of the transaction.
  • Easy to readscreenshots are easiest, but if you take a photo, make sure it’s clear.

Can't provide all that info in a single image? Don't worry! You're welcome to upload multiple images to one expense submission.
