No worries! All you have to do is log in to your account, click on the card that was lost or stolen, and click the "Report card Lost or Stolen" button. That card will be deactivated immediately and removed from your account.
If it's a virtual card, please contact Benepass Support to issue a new virtual card. If it's a physical card, you'll be able request a new physical card yourself directly from the app or website.
Once you've received your new card details, please make sure to update this information with any vendors who might have your previous card information saved on file.
