If your Benepass card is lost or stolen, you can secure your account and get a replacement card in just a few simple steps. Your funds remain safe and a new card will be available shortly.
Steps
- Login to your Benepass account and navigate to the Cards page
- Select the lost or stolen card
- Scroll down and click "Report card lost or stolen"
- Confirm the cancellation
What to expect
Your card will be immediately cancelled and any newly attempted purchases using those details will be declined.

If an unauthorized or fraudulent purchase was made with your card, please contact Benepass Support promptly including transaction date, merchant name, and purchase amount.
