Sometimes, a single purchase may show up as multiple transactions in your app. This is because some merchants (Amazon in particular) split your payment into shipments, put a hold on those funds, and charge you as those individual shipments go out.
This can get a little tricky in terms of receipts, so sometimes waiting a couple of days for the company to finalize shipping details can help. Otherwise, just do your best to match the receipt to the purchase, and feel free to reach out to our Support team if you need advice.
