Did you lose, misplace, or otherwise not receive a receipt for a purchase you made with your Benepass card?
While formal receipts may be required for approval under your benefit(s), in some cases, we may still be able to work with you to approve these transactions.
In lieu of a formal receipt, please attach photos or screenshots with as much information as you can provide to the transaction. Supporting documentation could include things such as an order confirmation, email shipping notification, credit card or bank statements, or similar. You can also include a message in the notes section to give additional context. The most important pieces of information that we need to be able to determine from this documentation is the item(s) purchased, the amount paid, and the date of the order.
After you've submitted all documentation to the transaction, our team will review and reach out to you if we need any additional information.
