When you link a personal bank account to your Benepass account, it's important to note that this account is designated for expenses that you submit for reimbursement. After you make an eligible purchase with a payment method other than your Benepass card, you can then request reimbursement for the expense. Once your reimbursement request is approved, funds will be sent directly to your bank account.
