Benefit funds cannot be withdrawn directly to a bank account. However, funds can be transferred to your bank account in the case of reimbursement for eligible expenses.
Why?
Benefit programs have specific rules about how you can use your funds. Direct withdrawals without eligible expenses are not permitted. Any payments to your bank will first require a reimbursement with supporting documentation.
How to access funds
