You will be able to access your 1099-SA from within your account under the Documents tab, available only on our web portal: app.getbenepass.com by the end of January. There, you'll be able to download a PDF of this form directly.

Please note, this form is only generated for those who have distributions recorded in their HSA account from this past year. Distributions are any money movement out of your HSA account. If you have only contributed, you will not see this form on your account.

5498-SA
Your 5498-SA is generally issued about 6 weeks after the tax filing deadline (on or around May 31st) which will provide an up-to-date summary of your HSA account. This form is for informational purposes only - it is not required to be submitted for tax purposes.
