When your account balance is running low, Benepass may initiate a funding pull based on the amount we project your employees will spend in the near future. This helps prevent unwanted declines and ensures employees can continue using their benefits without interruption.
For record-keeping purposes, you can find a history of funding transactions in the Admin Dashboard by navigating to the "Funding" tab on the left-hand side of your screen and reviewing the transactions under the "Platform funding payments" section.
Clicking on a funding transaction opens a funding snapshot with the platform balance, target funding level, and per-benefit breakdown used at the time of the transfer.
You should also receive funding notification emails from Benepass with additional details about funding activity and transfer history.
